While I do understand that unexpected situations come up and I will do my best to accommodate such occurrences, my time is valuable, just like yours. I ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying me of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
General cut, styling and/or color appointments:

24 hours or more in advance—no fee

Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked

No-shows and day-of cancellations—100% of the cost of services booked

If you need to make changes to your appointment or services, please do so within the cancellation window!
Due to the amount of time required for specialty and corrective color services, straightening services and hair extensions, these appointments must be rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment time. If you’re unable to notify me of a change to your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
Specialty color, straightening, and extension apointments:

72 hours or more for specialty color and extensions–no fee if rescheduled

Less than 72 hrs in advance for specialty color and extensions (with reschedule)–$100*

No-shows for specialty color and extension services–$250*
*plus forfeit of deposit and/or cost of hair extensions, if applicable
